Following a brand image redesign, Los Portales sought to streamline all communication channels, with a key focus on optimizing the process of receiving and acting on leads; this project addressed that goal by conducting a heuristic evaluation and UX research, then redesigning the user interface and lead flow of the real estate website, culminating in a detailed implementation plan that resulted in a faster, more intuitive user experience and a 22% increase in qualified leads.
